Jessica Juggs is a Wisconsin girl who entered a wet T-shirt contest at a club near her and won. She enjoyed the experience so much that she decided to become a dancer. A talent agent saw her on stage and offered to get her jobs at other clubs. Over time, Jessica developed different stage shows, like all features did during those years.
